Ingredients

  1. 3medium tomatoes
  2. 3-4green chillies
  3. 3eggs
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 1/2 tsppaprika powder
  6. 1/2 tspcrushed red chillies
  7. Salt per taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First grind the tomatoes and make a paste

    Heat the pan and add butter

    Now add green chillies and fry for 2 minutes

    Now add tomato puree and spices and cook for 5 minutes

    Now add eggs and mix it well and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Menemen is ready
