Cauliflower and Carrot fry

Steps

Wash well all veggies and microwave it for 10 mins add water to it.

Turn on the gas and place a kadhai pour oil to it then add onions, green chillies and cook it until it turns golden brown then drain all veggies water and pour it to the kadhai.

Now add salt, red chili, turmeric powder and mix it and cover a lid to it and all it to cook for 5 to 7 mins and check after it weather it is cooked or not then with a High and medium flame cook the veggies. At last when all it water vaporized then add meat masala and garnish with kasuri methi.

Serve it with Paratha and ready to eat.
