  1. 4 filletsLightly Salted Salmon
  2. 1/8Chinese cabbage (or cabbage)
  3. 1pack Bok choy
  4. 2Potatoes
  5. 1/2Carrot
  6. 4Shiitake mushrooms
  7. 1/2 bunchShimeji mushrooms
  8. 1pack Wiener sausages
  9. 3 tbspCorn kernels
  10. 700 ml☆Water
  11. 2 tbsp☆Sake
  12. 2 tbsp☆Mirin
  13. 1 1/2 tbsp☆Chicken stock granules
  14. 2/3 tsp☆Sea salt
  15. 15 gramsButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the fish and vegetable into bite sized pieces.

    Put ingredients marked ☆ in an earthenware pot and bring to simmer. Add ingredients that take longer to cook through first and gradually add more ingredients to the hot pot.

    Cover the lid and simmer over low to medium heat until all ingredients have cooked through. Drop butter in at the end and melt. Done.
