Take less spicy green chillies for this pickle. Wash chillies & let it dry. Make sure it is completely dry. Now slit chillies into two parts & lemon into 4 parts.

Now take split mustard, turmeric, salt, asafoetida in a mixing bowl.

Now heat the oil & let it cool slightly then add it into the bowl in prepared masala & add lemon juice & mix everything well.

Add green chillies & lemon pieces into it & mix it well.

Now fill it in a glass jar & close the lid & keep it aside for at least 24 hours.

Next day green chillies pickle is ready to eat.
Store it in refrigerator for longer shelf life.
