    Peel and clean the potatoes

  2. 2

    Cut them into big chunks...wedge shaped potatoes

  3. 3

    In a sufuria, put the oil to heat up and deep fry your potatoes.

  4. 4

    After they start turning brown, remove from oil and they are ready to serve. You can serve with juice, tea or even veggies..
