Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked organic cashews
  2. 2pitted dates
  3. 1 tspVanilla extract
  4. 1 qtwater
  5. PinchHimalayan pink salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a high speed blender add cashews dates Vanilla and blend till smooth add half the quart water and pulse till combined

  2. 2

    Pour cashew milk in a pitcher allong with the rest of the water and salt.
    Enjoy !

    Note: optional u can strain the pulp if you like in a nut bag.

I love cashew milk and I make it in my miomat machine. I'll literally have no pulp left over which is great. I'm curious to know why you don't add all the water at once when blending. I used to add dates and vanilla bean powder but I don't anymore its just a healthy pitch of sea salt now and I serve each glass with a splash of homemade coconut, oat, vanilla creamer. So yum ! 😋
