Steps

Boil liver with salt and other spices and cut into cubes

Blend attarugu and onions to paste and fry with enough oil
- 3
Add 4 cups of water,put seasoning,spices and garlic to boil

Then slice carrots,green beans and onions
- 5
Add vegetable for 3minutes and pour cous cous stir and cover the pot reduce the flame to low and allow it cook for 2 minutes before serving
