This recipe goes together very fast. I use an electric skillet to make it. After the broth boils I turn it down to 250. Stir now and then while you help the kids with homework. Great taste and very tender. Alan Bacho -

I love italian food, lasagna to be exact but i dread turning on the oven especially since It's been summer for 2 years already in California lol. Saw on Pinterest how people were making one skillet meals and figured I can do lasagna too. my toddler loves it and there's hardly any left overs so I know it's a big hit at our house. Super easy to make and prepare, ready in 30 min or less!!!Alexis Ivonne

Summer Skillet Summer Skillet
I won a recipe contest once with a version of this. Well, it was an honorable mention. In that one I used canned tomatoes. The secret to this recipe is the Worcestershire sauce. I sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Can serve over rice, noodles or baked potato. Need it spicier, add some red pepper flakes. vjcrochet -
