All you need to do is measure and mix the 5 ingredients, and you're ready to go in less than 15 minutes! Let it sit in the fridge overnight, and the next day it's ready to do the topping and bake!

Ingredients

15 mins preparation
Make 10 bases
  1. 600 mlWater
  2. 4table spoons Olive oil
  3. 14 gBread yeast (2×7g sachet fast-action yeast)
  4. 1 kgStrong white bread flour
  5. 4tea spoons Salt

Cooking Instructions

15 mins preparation
  1. 1

Here are the ingredients(strong flour and bread yeast) which we used.

  2. 2

Whisk together the water, olive oil, and bread yeast. If you listen carefully, you will hear a fizzing sound!! This is a sign that fermentation is in progress.

  3. 3

In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add what you have prepared in the step 2. Form the mixture into a ball. If you use a kitchen aid, mix it until the dough becomes smooth. If you don't have a kitchen aid, sanitized your table, put some flour on the surface and knead the dough.

  4. 4

Spread olive oil in a bowl to prevent the dough from sticking. Place the dough and brush the surface with olive oil to prevent it from drying out. Put it in the fridge overnight!

  5. 5

This is how the dough looks like on the next day.

  6. 6

As toppings, I added cheese, different types of kale(curly kale, cavolo nero), olives, crown prince squash, onion and basil!
