Cooking Instructions
- 1
Here are the ingredients(strong flour and bread yeast) which we used.
- 2
Whisk together the water, olive oil, and bread yeast. If you listen carefully, you will hear a fizzing sound!! This is a sign that fermentation is in progress.
- 3
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add what you have prepared in the step 2. Form the mixture into a ball. If you use a kitchen aid, mix it until the dough becomes smooth. If you don't have a kitchen aid, sanitized your table, put some flour on the surface and knead the dough.
- 4
Spread olive oil in a bowl to prevent the dough from sticking. Place the dough and brush the surface with olive oil to prevent it from drying out. Put it in the fridge overnight!
- 5
This is how the dough looks like on the next day.
- 6
As toppings, I added cheese, different types of kale(curly kale, cavolo nero), olives, crown prince squash, onion and basil!

Crispy Pizza Dough Crispy Pizza Dough
I devised this recipe in a way that the dough will be easy to roll out.How to store the dough: After dividing the dough at Step 6, lightly coat the dough with olive oil, wrap in plastic wrap and put in a plastic bag. It will be okay for 1 to 2 days in the fridge, and about 1 week in the freezer. At time of use, knead it a little bit, let rest for 10 to 15 minutes and then roll it out. Let it defrost at room temperature. Recipe by Baketto cookpad.japan -
Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

Fluffy, Chewy, and Soft: My Best Pizza Dough Fluffy, Chewy, and Soft: My Best Pizza Dough
I wanted to eat a fluffy and chewy American type pizza like the pizza from the Costco food court. Once I made pizza dough using soy milk and it was chewy and delicious. So based on that, I came up with this recipe after several experiments.According to my family, this pizza dough is the best one ever.Proof temperature was 28℃.Be sure to not let the dough dry out.By preheating the baking tray, it helps making the dough more fluffy and the bottom side well-baked and crispy. The standard baking time is 9~10 minutes for pizza with a few toppings like with Margherita-style pizzas, and 10~12 minutes for pizzas with a lot of toppings. For 3 pies, each 25~30 cm [11.8 in] in diameter. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -

I think that kneading flour into dough is the ultimate Slow Food. When I'm leisurely kneading dough on a day off while listening to music, all my daily stress just disappears. The dough will become more delicious too.The most important thing is to knead the dough thoroughly. Please knead it well for 20 to 30 minutes while listening to music. Just be careful not to knead your iPod into the dough! The other key is to rest the dough in the refrigerator. It will become very easy to flatten out. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -

This is the result of massive amounts of research and time and taste testing. A pizza dough that can handle high heat (600°+) that a Kamado-Style grill can produce. This dough is relatively quick, tasty and looks good as well.Notes: prepare pizza and immediately place in grill for less puffy crust. Also, turn pizza with peel a quarter turn every few minutes to cook evenly. This crust will bubble and "leopard" on high heat. Kamado John Wayne -

There's a lot of waiting involved, but the actual time investment here is minimal. Mix the dough in the morning and set it aside. By dinner time, all you need to do is form it into a good pan, add the toppings, and pop it in the oven. I think it still needs some tweaking, but it's a great start. Ryan Goodwin -
