In a kadai add ghee, add peanuts deep fry on medium flame and take out the peanuts and keep aside. Add almonds deep fry on medium flame and take out the almonds and keep aside.

Add raisins deep fry on medium flame and take out the raisins and keep aside. Add sago deep fry on medium flame and take out the sago and keep aside.

Add curry leaves deep fry on medium flame and take out the curry leaves and keep aside. Now take a bowl and add all the deep fry ingredients now add salt and mix it well properly. Now namkeen is ready to serve.
