Steamed Salmon

I watch the Emeril Lagassé cooking show on TV from time to time in the morning. In one episode I saw him steam fish on vegetables and thought I would give it a try. I did it in a 10" covered fry pan.

The only seasoning I used was Jane's Krazy mixed up salt. The reason I used this seasoning is I read a salmon recipe where a chef raved about the seasoning on fish. So I tried it and it was much better than I thought it would be. In fact, I use it all the time now on fish and vegetables.
