  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcardamom essense
  • 1/2 tspred color (optional)
  • 1 tbspchopped almonds
  • 1 tbspchopped cashew
  • 1 tbspmuskmelon seeds
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspdesiccated coconut

    In a pan add ghee, add soaked sago, add sugar

    Mix it well properly.add desiccated coconut add almonds

    Add cashew, add muskmelon add red food color

    Mix it well properly now add cardamom essense mix it again. Sago halwa is ready to serve hot.
