Remove the sinew from the chicken, butterfly, and cut vertically into 3 pieces. ※You can cut smaller tenderloins into 2 pieces♪

Place Step 1 into a dish, add the ★ ingredients and mix it all together.

Cover the chicken from Step 2 with flour, beaten egg, and panko in that order. Deep fry in oil at 180°C until golden brown.

Arrange on a plate and then they're done. ※Depending on how you are arranging them, cut the longer ones in half if necessary and serve as finger food ♪

They're flavorful without sauce, but if you prefer, eat with tonkatsu sauce or ketchup.
