1/4Onion
4Chicken tenders
3 tbsp○ Sake
1 tbsp◎ Olive oil
2 tsp◎ Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp◎ Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
3 tbsp◎ Ketchup

Place the chicken in a large heat-resistant bowl and sprinkle with sake. Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes. Check the chicken and microwave for another 2 minutes. Check again, and heat for another 2 minutes. Once it has cooled, shred the chicken and set it aside.

Slice the onion thinly and mix it with the chicken. Add the ◎ ingredients, put it in a thick plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator. It will be good for 5 or 6 days.
