Cooking Instructions

1-Blend the tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers until smooth. Pour into a pot and boil on medium heat until, it has thickened and looks like a paste.(stir occasionally to prevent it from burning)

2-add some vegetable oil to your pan, add in oinons, fry for a minute, add in some tomato paste fry till tomato paste sweetens, add in cumin, coriander,black pepper and bay leaves fry for additional minutes

3-pour in your boiled sauce into the pan add in your seasonings
Fry for 15 mins add some beef/chicken stock - 4
Pour the boiled spaghetti into the sauce, combine well and stir for some minutes.. cover and allow to simmer for 3mins
