Chilli nachos & salsa
A great homemade treat - super delicious 😋
Steps

Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Form a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom of an oven dish

Heat in the oven for 15 minutes

Cover the tortilla chips with the chilli and jalapeño peppers
- 5
Add the rest of the tortilla chips around the sides of the dish and scatter grated cheese over the top

Bake for 20 minutes until the tortilla chips turn brown
- 7
Scatter with fresh coriander and serve with salsa (see below), guacamole and crème fraiche.

For the salsa:
Finely chop all the veg into small pieces. With the cucumber remove the middle section of seeds - 9
Put into a bowl, squeeze in the lime juice, add the wine vinegar, stir and add the chopped basil leaves.
