1 cupmacorani
2 tbspbutter
1 tbspflour
1/4 TSPsalt
1/4 TSPblack pepper powder
1/4 TSPwhite pepper powder
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupMozzarella cheese
1/2 cupcheddar cheese
Olives
Tikka chunks (optional)

Boil macorani and Pas them through cold water

Melt butter in pan add flour cook it for 2,3 minutes

Then add milk and mix it well so that no lamps remains

Add salt black pepper and white pepper powder and mix

Then add both cheeses and mix

Add boiled macorani and mix also add chicken tikka chunks,I have some leftover chunks so I added them it's totally optional

Pour cooked macorani in remekins put cheese on the top put some olives and bake them in preheated oven

Delicious Mac and cheese is ready serve hot
