Wash and dry the cauliflower florets. Pulse them in a food processor until finely ground. Lightly salt and let drain in a colander.

In a bowl, mix the egg, flour, and herbs. Stir well, then add the cauliflower mixture. (My dough is slightly green because I blended a bit of broccoli with the cauliflower.)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes. Add your choice of pizza toppings, then bake for another 10 minutes.
