Carrot Orange Soup

Carrot Orange Juice
A bowl of refreshment and nourishment.
Steps

Boil 2 big carrots (roughly chop) after cooling blend in blender jar and make a smooth paste, strain it further to discard any residue. This yields to 1 cup paste.

In pan add butter, then add ginger, sauté for few seconds, then add chopped carrots + little salt + green chilli and sauté for 4 - 5 minutes.

Then add carrot paste + 1/4 cup water + orange juice + coriander stems + pepper powder and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Mixture turns thick. Addition of water is as per the desired soup consistency. Soup is done. - 4
Add lemon juice, discard coriander stems and garnish with coriander before serving.
