My wife loves tandoori and tikka chicken so this is a simple version for lunch or dinner
Chicken tikka on naan with fragrant salad
My wife loves tandoori and tikka chicken so this is a simple version for lunch or dinner
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to warm the naans
- 2
Cut the lemon into 4 wedges
- 3
Mix the marinade spices with juice of one lemon wedge, 2 tbsp yogurt and a dash of olive oil
- 4
Dice the chicken and mix in. Then cook in a hot pan
- 5
To make the salad. Dice the cucumber, grate the carrot and mix with juice of a lemon wedge, nigella seeds and a dash of olive oil

Mix the mint sauce with a couple spoons of yogurt
- 7
Serve together on top of the warm naan with the remaining lemon wedges
