Take a bowl put flour, baking soda,butter mix well add water to make soft kneaded dough wrap it keep in refrigerator for 15mins

Then take out take handful dough place butter greased mould give tart shape take a fork stick it then place into oven set temperature 120 degree for 5mins bake it

Heat a pan add butter, garlic fry well then put mushroom, tomatoes pour spinach puree cook well

Then add salt, pepper, Fresh cream once texture was like creamy then turn off pour on tart add ricotta cheese on top then bake again for 4mins

Heat another pan add butter put cherry tomatoes, mushroom stir fry well add salt,vinegar, pepper mix well

Take a serving plate place tart with fritters, stir fried veggies ready to serve.
