In a pot I heat d oil add t crush led garlic and ginger add d bay leaves and onions stir fry for 2-3 minutes for gud caramalisation and pour d grated tomatoes,Attarugu and tattase I stir fry for 6-7 minutes until they aur well fry with out any excess water

Add d seasoning give it a gud stir add 2cups of chicken broth and another 3 cups of water allow to boil wash and add d rice

Cover and allow to cook,just before it’s done add d cuts spring onions give it final stir and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes and your jallof rice is done enjoy

I always enjoy my jallof rice with fry plantain,coleslaw,moi moi,chicken,peppered meat,peppered fish,Avacodo,Banana and so on😅😅
