Ingredients

3 cupsflour
1overipped plantain
1tspn of yeast
1/4 cupsugar
1tspn of salt
1/4tspn of baking powder
Vegetable oil

Steps

1

Mix all the dry ingredients together, peel the plantain & mesh it, add to the mixture.

Mix & use warm water to make a soft watery dough,cover & allow it in a warm place for 30mins, until it rises.

Fry in hot oil & enjoy.
