3 tbspdrained capers
2 tbspfresh dill, chopped
4 tspdijon mustard
1 tbspfresh lemon juice
8 ozcream cheese (room temperature)
24thin slices of sourdough baguette
6 ozthinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into 24 pieces

stir together first 5 ingredients in a bowl to make relish, season with salt and pepper

spread cream cheese onto bread, add 1 piece of salmon, top with relish

serve on serving platter and enjoy

I made somethin similar for a little work party I catered...I mixed cream cheese a little lemon juice..fresh chopped basil and chives a little salt n pepper.. spread on toasted baguettes and topped w smoked salmon n capers...it was a big hit!
