To much overripe fruit in my bowl. Found this recipy in my map. The recipy asked for red fruit. But there was a mango and plum in my bowl.
I had no oatmeal flour so made it myself by blending oatmeal in tge blender

Ingredients

4 to 6 servings
  1. 150 groatmeal
  2. 4eggs
  3. 3small over ripe bananas
  4. 5 tbhoney
  5. 2 tbgreek yoghurt
  6. 3 tbbaking powder
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Pinchnutmeg
  9. 100 grfruit (I use mango and plumb)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 200°C

  2. 2

    Squash the bananas

  3. 3

    Put all the ingredients(except the fruit) together and mix by hand or in a blender

  4. 4

    Put the mix in a tray.
    Put on the fruit

  5. 5

    Bake for 12 to 15 min

  6. 6
