Ingredients

  1. 1 1/3 cupgluten free flour blend
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/2 tspsea salt
  5. 1 tbspAgave syrup or honey
  6. 2eggs
  7. 2 tbspOlive oil
  8. 1 cupberries of choice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat pan on medium on stove or heat griddle.

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients well.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the rest of the wet ingredients .

  4. 4

    Combine all ingredients and add the berries. Smush them around and mix.

  5. 5

    Make pancakes as usual. I served with butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
