Wash and Soak rice in water for 10 minutes.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add peas and cashew nuts and saute for 2 minutes.

Now add salt, red chilli powder and biryani masala and mix. Add rice and saute for 1 minute.

Add water and place the lid and cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically. Open the lid and stir.

Serve hot with salad and raita of your choice.
