This is a traditional easy food among Iranian people. It can be prepared in half an hour, if you have vegetables.

Chop onion and garlic and add it to chopped vegetables. Add baking powder, flour,turmeric, salt and pepper and mix. Then add eggs, walnut and barberry if desired and stir well.
Heat the oil in an 8-inch pan.Pour the mixture into hot oil, smooth the surface with the back of a spoon and cover. Fry over medium-low heat. - 2
Fry both sides and cut it into 8 slices. No need to cover while frying the second side. Serve with thick yogurt, fresh tomatoes and bread.
