In pan heat 1 tbsp oil,add hing after 1 sec add chopped onion cook till golden brown, add all vegetables.,cook till vegetables become soften, mix and mass it. cook till all veggies get dry.
In pan dry roast fox nut and grind. keep it side - 2
Heat flat tawa n grease... gave shape of your choice...dust with fox nut powder...
cook both the side. or deep fry.
