Rice are cooked with flavorful spices,different types of chillies,vegetables and chickpeas.
They can be served with any kabab,cutlets,meat dish,raita and salad.

Steps

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil chickpeas till tender.

Soak rice for few hours.

Slice onions and both chillies.

Chop ginger,garlic and tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry onions till light golden.

When onion is brown,add in ginger,garlic,both chillies,turmeric,salt,peppercorns,tomatoes,chickpeas and cumin seeds.

Bhoono all well.

Add in rice.

Cook till water evaporates.

Cook covered on dum for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot.
