Slice the vegetables and set aside

Cook the gizzard with seasoning, ginger and garlic and some onions

When it is tender to taste set aside

Add little olive oil in a pan and stir fry the sliced vegetables, add little seasoning and pour in the cooked gizzard

Stir fry for 5 minutes on low heat
- 6
Ready!!
