  • 400 gmgrated carrot
  • 200 mlmilk
  • as per taste Sugar
  • 3 tbspghee
  • as required Chopped dry fruits & raisins
  • 75 gmkhoya kheer
  • 3Crushed green cardamom

  1. 1

    Heat 2tbsp ghee. Saute the carrot for 5-6mins. Add milk & cook for another 7-8 mins putting the cover.

    Add sugar, cardamom seeds,ghee,khoya kheer,nuts & raisins. Give it a good mix. Serve warm or cool.
