Wash veg and keep aside/ Take a bowl add tomato ginger garlic salt red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder keep aside

Take a pan add oil heat and add cumin seeds curry leaves green chili stir add onion stir fry lightly golden add tomato 🍅masala and stir fry to cook well

Now add veggies stir to cook well add dasee ghee and cook slow flame for 5minutes then to tender carrots and dry water and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl
