Spicy Baroole Chaat

Wash baby potatoes and put in a pressure cooker (Do not peel). Add 1 glass of water and boil at 1 whistle.

Now in a mixing bowl add besan,Maida, salt, red chilli powder and Garam Masala, baking powder with food colour.

Now add ½ cup of water and make a thick batter. Drop boiled baby potatoes in batter and start frying in oil.

Flip all potatoes and take out in par boil condition. Now press each half fried baby potatoes with the help of a flat bowl and make all potatoes flat.

Again fry these flat potatoes in oil to make them more crispy.
Serve on a plate, drop green chatni over these and sprinkle chaat masala.
Now enjoy these Teatime BAROOLE.
