Today in duliajan, assam so much rain from the morning so I have, decided to do something homemade soup and visited my kitchen garden, picked some palak saag, peas and added ready to use corn, mixed corn flour and add fresh garlic, ginger, tomato, black pepper, jeera and fresh butter and salt and, prepared withing 30minutes.everyone, in our family really, relished and my vesel empty within 25minutes.Try this recipe everyone in your family liked this...

Cut your palak saag keep it aside.

Cut your onion keep it aside.

Cut your tomato keep it aside.

Take a vessel boil your palak saag, onion, tomato ginger, garlic, jeera, salt, little bit of sugar, boiled and after some time drained the water and keep it, aside. Take a vessel bowl your corn, peas adding little bit of salt keep it aside. Don't throw the water this vegetable stock only, main use to prepare healthy, soup.. Contained all type of vitamine and minarals..

Next take thick kadai pour fresh jeera, black pepper and dry roast it smashed it nicely.

This masala only taste to your soup into another level.

Then take your boiled palag saag, along with the all the materials you have everything pour into your mixie jar just grind nicely. Then transfer in to a vessel. Then again take a thick kadai then pour all the, grinded materials add your boiled peas, corn add if you need some salt, and finally roasted jeera, black pepper powder, and fi al touch is adding fresh butter. Let then cook for some time. Then finally add corn flour into two spoon of water add immediately.. Finally, when you are going to

Prepare to soup please add one litre of water inti your grinded palak puree this is the base and important and also add the vegetable stock to soup. This step is also very important. Fry your bread slices and add with your soup and enjoy the evening chill climate to hot inside...
