Steps

Heat oil in kadhai, and deep fry baby potatoes in it. (poke the potatoes with folk before frying).

Take a mixture jar, add roughly chopped onion, tomato and green chilli, grind it fine.

Heat oil, add bay leaf and jeera than add heeng and ginger garlic paste.

Than add onion puree and mix it and cook it for a minute.

Take a bowl, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder in it and add little water and make a paste.

Add this masala paste into onion puree and mix it.

Add roasted kasuri methi and mix and cook till oil seperates.

Than add spinach puree and mix.

Cook for 2 minutes than add fried potatoes and mix.

Than add half glass of water or as required. Let it boil.

After boil, slow down the gas, add salt, mutton masala or chicken masala and garam masala.

Cook for a minute.

Ready to serve.
