Ingredients

  1. 5baby beetroot, boiled
  2. 200 g Mozzarella cheese
  3. 2 tbsps Olive oil
  4. 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  5. 1 tspgarlic, pounded
  6. 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  7. Black peppercorns, crushed
  8. A pinch of salt
  9. Sweet basil,minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Put olive oil, salt, mustard powder, lemon juice and black pepper. Stir to
    Mix well. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Slice the baby beetroot in circle or any shape you like. Soak it in the mixture. For 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Mozzarella Cheese Sliced the same shape as the beetroot. Then put it on a cheese board. Sprinkle with basil and ground black pepper. Ready to serve!!️
