I don't know about you, but I really like frozen savory crêpes. However, I find they lack something. I tried making them myself, indulgent and well-filled!

I don't know about you, but I really like frozen savory crêpes. However, I find they lack something. I tried making them myself, indulgent and well-filled!
Steps

Make unsweetened crêpe batter and cook the crêpes. (recipe on my profile)

Preheat the oven to 350°F with a small dish of water inside.

Melt the butter, add the cornstarch. Mix well.

Gradually add the milk. Season the mixture. The béchamel should be thick.

Cut the raclette cheese into small squares.
- 6
Add the cheese to the béchamel, mix well.

Spread the cheese béchamel on one half of a crêpe. Add the diced ham on top. Fold the crêpe.

Grease the bottom of a baking dish with oil. Place the crêpes in the dish. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
