Ingredients

20 minutes
6 crêpes
  1. 1/2 cupcornstarch (about 60 grams)
  2. 3 tablespoonsbutter (about 40 grams)
  3. 2 1/2 cupsmilk (about 600 ml)
  4. 1 cupdiced ham (about 200 grams)
  5. 6 slicesraclette cheese
  6. 1 cupshredded cheese (about 100 grams)
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Nutmeg

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make unsweetened crêpe batter and cook the crêpes. (recipe on my profile)

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 350°F with a small dish of water inside.

  3. 3

    Melt the butter, add the cornstarch. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Gradually add the milk. Season the mixture. The béchamel should be thick.

  5. 5

    Cut the raclette cheese into small squares.

  6. 6

    Add the cheese to the béchamel, mix well.

  7. 7

    Spread the cheese béchamel on one half of a crêpe. Add the diced ham on top. Fold the crêpe.

  8. 8

    Grease the bottom of a baking dish with oil. Place the crêpes in the dish. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
