This is a typical way to make boiled chicken.

Steps

Open the thick part of the chicken meat and make it the same thickness.

Mix the ingredients for the brine liquid and soak the chicken meat at room temperature for 10 minutes to 1 hour.
This will make the chicken moist.If you put the chicken in the fridge, you can soak it longer, but before boiling, you should warm it up to room temperature.

Put the ingredients for the boiling water into a pan and bring to the boil.
Once boiling, add the chicken removed from the brine and turn off the heat. - 4
Cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes and done!

Strain the boiling water through a strainer covered with kitchen paper and you can use it as a delicious ingredient for Chinese soup.
