Wash and cook daal in pressure cooker until soft and mushy.
In a large bowl add wheat flour, cooked dal, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, oil, and salt. Mix well. - 2
Add very little water and make a smooth (but not sticky) dough. Smear little oil on the dough and let it rest for at least 10-15 mins.Make balls from the dough.

Paneer_Masala_Stuffing
Take grated paneer, add chopped green chilli, dry Mango powder, garam masala, salt to taste.mix it well. - 4
Take a big lemon size dough.Roll the paratha, spread the oil or ghee, paneer masala stuffing and fold them. Roll out the paratha in any shape you like.

Heat up a tawa/skillet on medium heat and place the paratha and let it cook. Once you see bubbles, flip on to the other side drizzle some ghee or oil on top.2

Flip again and drizzle oil or ghee on the other side as well till they have nice golden spots on both sides.

Serve Toor Dal Paratha with paneer masala stuffing, curd, Mango pickle, or any gravy of your choice.
