Add 2 tbsp cornflour, salt to taste, amchur, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala to the palak and mix it well.

Add salt to taste to paneer, mix well and form into small balls

Take a small portion of palak, spread it in your palm and put the paneer ball and cover it with palak and form it into a ball. Make all the koftas like this. Roll them in cornflour and deep fry and keep them aside.

For the gravy heat 1 tbsp oil add onion tomato, ginger, garlic, cashews, salt to taste and saute this for 6-7 minutes or till the onion tomato gets cooked. Cool this mixture and grind to a paste. Now again put the gravy in the karahi and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix it.

To serve add the gravy in a serving dish and cut each kofta into half and place it on the gravy.
