First wash rice,n dal.soak all (methi dana,poha,dal,rice)in a bowl for 6hours.

After soaking grind in thick paste add water n make little thin paste add salt.

Salt help to fermentation so in winter never skip it.

Dosa paste kept in warm place for 8to 10 hours.

For filling
Heat oil,add mustard seed,curry patta,onion and chilli. - 6
Add meshed potato n mix well.sprinkle chaat masala,amchur,and coriander leaves.

For chutney
All ingredients grind and give a tadka. - 8
For dosa
Heat dosa tawa,pour batter n spread with the help of ladle or katori at low flame. spread aloo masala. - 9
Dosa is ready.serve with yummy chutney or sambhar.
