Ingredients

  • 11/2 cupRice
  • 1/2 cupurad dal
  • 2 tspchana dal
  • 1 tspmethi dana
  • 2 tsppoha
  • For filling
  • 3_4 boiled potato
  • as required Medium onion, green chili,curry patta,coriander leaves
  • as required Oil,
  • as per taste salt,amchur, mustard seed
  • For chutney
  • as required Raw nariyal,ground nuts,green chilli,lemon,salt

Steps

    First wash rice,n dal.soak all (methi dana,poha,dal,rice)in a bowl for 6hours.

  2. 2

    After soaking grind in thick paste add water n make little thin paste add salt.

  3. 3

    Salt help to fermentation so in winter never skip it.

  4. 4

    Dosa paste kept in warm place for 8to 10 hours.

  5. 5

    For filling
    Heat oil,add mustard seed,curry patta,onion and chilli.

  6. 6

    Add meshed potato n mix well.sprinkle chaat masala,amchur,and coriander leaves.

  7. 7

    For chutney
    All ingredients grind and give a tadka.

  8. 8

    For dosa
    Heat dosa tawa,pour batter n spread with the help of ladle or katori at low flame. spread aloo masala.

  9. 9

    Dosa is ready.serve with yummy chutney or sambhar.
