  5. ૧ ચમચી ઈલાયચી પાઉડર
  6. પિસ્તા સજાવટ માટે

    એક પેનમાં દૂધ લેવું. દૂધ ગરમ થાય એટલે ખાંડ નાખી હલાવી લો. ખાંડ મિક્સ થાય એટલે ઘી નો માવો ઉમેરી સતત હલાવતા રહો

    મિશ્રણ થોડુ ઘટ્ટ થાય એટલે મિલ્ક પાઉડર નાખી મિકસ કરો. મિશ્રણને માવા જેવું થવા દો.

    ઘી લગાવી ડીશ માં ઠારી દો. ઠંડો પડે એટલે કાપીને પીસ કરી ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય. પિસ્તા વડે સજાવટ કરો.
