Ingredients

  1. 3 Tbutter
  2. 3 Tolive oil
  3. 1small purple onion, thinly sliced
  4. 4 clovesgarlic, chopped
  5. 1 pinchred pepper flakes
  6. 1 Tlemon juice
  7. 1 toregano
  8. 1 tbasil
  9. 1 TOld Bay seasoning
  10. 3 cansminced clams with juice
  11. 1 Tfresh parsley, chopped
  12. parmesan cheese
  13. 1 lblinguine

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare 5 quart pot to cook pasta. Cook pasta till al dente.

    While pasta is cooking, melt butter with olive oil. Saute onion and garlic.

    Add pepper flakes, then add lemon juice, oregano, basil and Old Bay and cook ~ 1minute.

    Add clams with juice and cook ~ 5 minutes more.

    Top with parmesan. Garnish with parsley.
