Steps

Chop the leafy part of palak. Use stem part in dal /paratha /will french beans, potato fry.

Mix the dry ingredients with besan, as shown below.

Mix rest other ingredients as shown in photo.

Add oil and make the besan mixture crumbs like.

Add chopped onion, mashed potatoes and chopped palak. Add water to make thick batter. Rest for 15 minutes.

Heat oil. Check if the oil is hot with a little batter.

Make pops as you like and deep fry them in medium to low flame from all sides. Serve the crispy, delicious Palak Pakoda with Mayo and Tomato Sauce.
