Bake the red velvet batter in a 6 inch round pan. Cool completely & demold.

Whip the cream till stiff peaks. Roll out the red fondant.
Use letter cookie cutter to cut out love letters from fondant. - 3
Slice the cake horizontally into two layers. Place one layer on the cake board, spread some whipped cream onto the layer evenly.

Place the second layer, spread whipped cream evenly on the entire cake. Refrigerate for 15-20 mins.

Now place the fondant letters on the side of the cake. Place the teddy & heart in the center. The cake topper is optional [if you want to put]
