Karela chilika paratha

It's a healthy paratha made from karela chilika and tastes very tasty.
Steps

Wash and peel karela skin and keep it in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

In parath add wheat flour and knead the dough for parathas. Grease with oil and rest for 20 minutes.

Great oil in a kadhai for deep frying karela chilika. Meanwhile, wash karela skin and once oil is hot deep fry until it changes its colour to brown.

In a mixing bowl add fried karela chilika, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder and mix everything well making sure all ingredients are combined well.

Make small balls and roll with a rolling pin and add karela chilika stuffing in the centre and roll thick. Roast on both sides on tawa as we make paratha also brush ghee and press slightly.

Serve hot karela chilika paratha with pickle.
