Hello friends today I am going to share very easy and delicious recipe from spinach. Family members who don't like spinach will sure love this recipe.

1st let's boil the water and blanch spinach leaves. Drain out and pour cold water.

Now transfar in mixture jaar and add green chilli. Make Puree.

In wok heat half of ghee and butter. Add onion and saute it for 30 seconds on fast flame. Now add besan and continue stir it till aromatic.

Now add spinach Puree, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

Add water as required and boil it.

Now in another wok heat remain ghee and butter. Saute chopped garlic. After add cumin seeds.

Switch off the flame. And let it little cool. Dilute red chili powder in some water and pour it in garlic tadaka.

Now pour this tadaka in spinach Puree. So our delicious and tempting lahasuni Palak is ready.
