I have prepared Sandesh using homemade paneer and fresh strawberry. The Sandesh prepared is placed on fresh meetha paan and decorated with paan masala. This I have selected as a special recipe for Valentines day.#valentine22

Pour full cream milk in a sauce pan. Switch on the burner and boil milk. Add vinegar and mix thoroughly so that milk gets curdled.

Drain the liquid. Rinse the paneer with water several times to remove vinegar from the paneer. Cut Strawberries into small pieces.

Grind paneer, strawberry and sugar thoroughly to make a fine paste. Collect the paste in a nonstick pan. Keep separately few strawberry pieces. Add those small pieces into the paste. Switch on the burner and cook the paste in low heat with constant stirring.

When the paste starts drying and detached from the pan, switch off the burner. Collect the Sandesh on a plate and allow it to cool. Make 8 balls out of it. Flatten each ball of Sandesh and place it on the beetel leaf. Decorate with paan masala.
