Ingredients

20 people
  1. 2 (12 oz.)cans chicken (drained)
  2. 8 Oz.pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  3. 8 ouncebottle ranch dressing
  4. Frank's Red Hot Sauce---as desired
  5. 8 ouncepackage shredded Cheddar jack cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat until blended smooth.

    Add hot sauce to taste.

  3. 3

    Run fingers through chicken to separate /shred and add to mixture.

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 of the cheese and mix thoroughly.

  5. 5

    Transfer to shallow baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over top and bake until cheese is melted.

    Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
